The estate with its more than 8 hectares of land is located on one of the gentle hills southeast of Pisa, about 30 km of highway from the sea and the international airport. All daily necessities are in a village nearby and in about 5 minutes drive away is a larger town with train station, hospital, supermarkets, theater, cinema, etc. The nearest golf course is less than 30 km away.
The estate includes an 18th century villa with approximately 750 m2 of living space on three floors, central heating, fireplaces, almost completely renovated inside. There are about seven bedrooms with four bathrooms. In the neighboring house with 500 m2 on two floors, the ground floor is a modern Cantina (wine cellar) and a tasting room. About two large apartments - one of which is not fully developed. Other buildings are a two-storey barn and stables and shelter for agricultural machinery. Especially charming is a 40m long tuff quarry under the park with two separate entrances.
The park on the hill is surrounded by vineyards (3.2 ha, about 15'000 bottles per year) and olive groves. In the valley is a small lake whose water is used for irrigation.
